Eligibility for the Flex-Friendly program (directory,certificate and media campaign) is open to all registered for-profit and not-for-profit businesses with two or more employees who offer flexible work options.
This is not a “best of” competition but rather a validation and promotion of your flexible work options by an independent evaluator and an online directory resource highlighting the good work that your organization is doing. We recognize small businesses and non-profits as well as large multinationals for moving toward greater flexibility in the workplace.
Evaluations are performed exclusively by Flex-Friendly staff. Flex-Friendly Certification and inclusion in The Worplace Flexibility Directory is valid for a full twelve month period following verification of your flex practices.
The Flex-Friendly Certification process has been examined by members of Flex-Friendly business and human resource independent advisors and outside experts and has been determined to fairly and accurately assess appropriate employer best practices.
