FLEX MATTERS for Attracting and Retaining Employees
As the economy improves employee engagement is lower than it's been in quite some time. As employees are ready to move, it's important to remember that 72% say flexible work arrangements would cause them to choose one job over another. That's 7 out of every 10 employees!
In our own surveys we've found that nearly 8 out of 10 Flex-Friendly employees are also reporting that they are more likely to stay with their current employer and to go the extra mile for their employer based on their flex work arrangement. So why would an employer choose not to offer flex work to employees? A very good question indeed. Have you personally ever chosen one job over another based on flexible work options?
